E-mail: Contact 		After having an Xbox 360 fixed with another online company, I was very concerned about getting my PS3 repaired. The previous company took a month, lied to us continually and finally returned the console (albeit repaired) but stinking of cigarette smoke.

However, I needn't have worried with your service. My PS3 arrived yesterday, safely packed with my 320GB drive intact and my LittleBigPlanet disc ejected but slipped into a protective sleeve. Your turnaround and level of communication was superb! Thank you for fixing the YLOD and repairing the Blu-ray drive.

I cannot recommend you enough!

E-mail: Contact 		I am really impressed with the service that was given to repair my XBOX 360 from a broken laser inside the disc tray. i brought it into your shop, and four hours later got a phone call saying that it had been repaired! i think that you offered an outstanding service to me and extremely efficient.

Thanks for repairing my console the same day!

E-mail: Contact 		i recently had my Playstation 3 repaired...No loss of memory during repair and because no parts were replaced it was cheaper . very quick postage, very well packaged (to avoid transport damage). a great service, very useful, very cheap and comes with a small (but useful) guarantee

Original Comment:I was really impressed by the service we received. The staff were pleasant and our ps3 was repaired with speed and efficiency.
We shall certainly be using counsole werks for any further repairs to our consoles
